In October 2009, The traffic data reflects seasonal changes with increased requests for Clothing, Utilities Assistance, and FOOD PANTRY SERVICES. In some specific days, more than 5 or 6 unique visitors are seeking food. Many of those seeking assistance live in areas outside of the metropolitan area, (searching by zip code often lands them at the Hope and Help Center)

Site Reports calculate where visitors arrive from, how they arrive, as well as what pages they view while visiting. It is important to note that Site Reports do not reflect traffic details from mirror sites, and other related domains. (BLOGSPOT) It does however indicate how many visitors actually arrive from these locations. (as well as other referring domains) The Hope and Help Center is the referring domain anytime an external link to "HopeandHelpCenter.org", as a direct referral. This may include links from internal web user traffic, as in they arrive to the site, and click a link, directing them to a different page, same site. A NEW VISITOR, is defined as someone arriving from an IP never before recorded. This will not include visitors who have previously visited on another date. (since site launch) However they are included in the number of VISITS each time they return.
